OSU Net Impact was founded in 2008, and has since been one of the fastest growing
and most successful student organizations within Ohio State’s Fisher College of
Business. OSU Net Impact has formed relationships within the university and within
the Columbus community. In addition to significant yearly increases in events and
initiatives, we have gotten involved in hosting larger symposiums, and have worked with
the college to promote and instill curriculum changes within the business college, with a
focus on sustainability.
OSU Net Impact is a chapter of Net Impact, and has been recognized as a Gold
Chapter in both 2009 and 2010, the only Gold Chapter setup with a joint Graduate and
Undergraduate model. (For more

here.) Additionally, OSU Net Impact was awarded the distinction of
Chapter of the Year in 2009, and again received Small Graduate Chapter of the Year recognition in 2010.
Net Impact is a global network of leaders who are changing the world through business.
Chapters are organized at Undergraduate, Graduate, and Professional levels. Net
Impact is located in San Francisco, CA, and has a network of over 260 chapters with
20,000 members in 23 countries around the world. Net Impact offers benefits to chapter
members such as speakers, job boards, events and conferences, product discounts,
ideas and initiatives, along with many other resources.
